SHIPPING
Every order ships USPS from New Jersey.
COST
$4.99 flat per order, USPS Ground Advantage. You'll see it as its own line at checkout.
WHEN IT SHIPS
Orders ship within 2 business days. You get a tracking number by email when it ships. Delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days after that.
WHERE WE SHIP
United States only for now. GHOST contains alcohol and is flammable, so it ships by ground only. No air, no international.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us and we'll make it right.
RETURNS
Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first and we'll send the return steps. Opened bottles can't be returned for safety reasons, but if something is wrong with your order, email us and we'll work it out.
